Telephony Engineer II @ Afiniti, Pakistan (Feb 2021 – Feb 2025)
- Developed and maintained telephony environments, troubleshot issues for development teams, and deployed the latest sprints on Dev and traffic labs.
- Automated procedures through scripting to streamline manual testing, including large-scale call dialing and login processes, integrated with Jenkins for efficient one-click automation.
- Utilized JMeter for API load testing, Prometheus and Grafana for API load monitoring, and created Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring of system and database performance.
- Developed scripts to track machine statistics and ensure continuous monitoring.
- Maintained lab infrastructures consisting of various components integrated with telephony services; built and maintained network infrastructure in coordination with Infrastructure & Network Teams.
- Troubleshot issues related to SIP transactions and SHM queues in Docker services that were reported/identified during regression tests on Afiniti feature services, to build a high-capacity telephony product.

- Installed and configured SIP call simulation tools such as TARTS (Avaya) and SIPp, integrating them with Avaya Media Servers to interact with Afiniti’s telephony products.
- Developed Bash scripts to automate regression testing processes, improving efficiency and consistency during testing cycles.
