Telephony Engineer II @ Afiniti, Pakistan (Feb 2021 – Feb 2025)

  • Developed and maintained telephony environments, troubleshot issues for development teams, and deployed the latest sprints on Dev and traffic labs.
  • Automated procedures through scripting to streamline manual testing, including large-scale call dialing and login processes, integrated with Jenkins for efficient one-click automation.
  • Utilized JMeter for API load testing, Prometheus and Grafana for API load monitoring, and created Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring of system and database performance.
  • Developed scripts to track machine statistics and ensure continuous monitoring.
