- Leading the team in executing traffic regression testing and managing ACD environments.
- Managing regression testing of Afiniti ACD in both on-premise labs and Azure Cloud environments.
- Worked on routings and integrations between various Telephony/SIP platforms.
- Integrated Kamailio (with RTPengine) as an SBC with Afiniti ACD.
- Established call flow between ACD On-prem and ACD Cloud to enable client demo calls.
- Integrated VICIDIAL with Afiniti ACD using custom AGI scripts and Asterisk dialplans.
